We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. However, to honor the time and effort dedicated to preparing for your appointment, we have a cancellation policy in place. For first-time clients, a non-refundable deposit will be required, but only for the first appointment. A 50% fee will apply in case of cancellations or rescheduling without 72 hours’ notice. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the total service cost. Appointments past 3 weeks or with less than 60% lash retention are charged as a full set at the listed price.
